Hello, I’d like to appeal the CL punishment because the situation was a misunderstanding.
During the passport check my game suddenly froze and disconnected. I play on high graphics/settings and my PC/game sometimes lags heavily, especially in crowded RP situations. I did not leave intentionally to avoid RP, avoid showing my passport, or escape because I was wanted.
From the admin/police perspective I understand why it may have looked suspicious, but there was genuinely no intention to evade the scene. If I wanted to avoid RP, I would not be making an appeal and trying to explain the situation afterward.
I enjoy playing on the server and I respect the rules, which is why I’m asking if the warning and prison time can please be reduced or removed this one time. I’m fully willing to cooperate and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
