dear administrator i came after a long time in city and i see i got ban for general rule 1.1 but why i am the solo owner of the acc no one have my acc acces even my 2 factor verification is also open then why i got ban if u need i can provide any prrof u guys want but plz unban my acc thats my 3 years of hard work on that acc and i dont no why i got ban
