Hello Administration Team,
I would like to respectfully request a review of my punishment/ban.
My account was compromised by another person without my permission, and during that time illegal actions were committed on the account. I fully understand that account owners are normally responsible for their accounts, but I would like to explain that I was not the person using cheats or breaking server rules intentionally.
I have evidence proving that:
My account was accessed by another person.
I was not cooperating with anyone to break the rules.
The suspicious actions happened while I no longer had control over the account.
I am ready to provide any screenshots, login information, conversations, or additional proof that may help the investigation.
After recovering the account, I changed all passwords and secured my device to ensure this situation will never happen again.
I have spent a lot of time on the server and truly enjoy playing on Grand RP. I respectfully ask for one opportunity to recover my account and continue playing fairly.
I agree to any penalties in order to have the ban on my account lifted.
