The player intentionally wrote something in Prime Chat so he can avoid situation as you can see when Carlos gave Demorgan he wrote I am also coming and After that He also got MG in PC. It was intentional as he got safe from paying fines and getting items confiscation.

here at 0:24 he got punished for MG in PC.
