So i just saw a guy who beating his friend for no reason and i am waiting for a perfect moment to arrest him so waited few seconds then i went to him and waiting his friend to go away, so i can easily arrest him, then the player id 128816 came there and started ramming his and mine car and when he knew its my org vehicle then he keeps ramming me Purposely to get a reaction from me.
