Rejected For mahzor/ Dexter- Appeal for blacklist

More than two years ago, i was blacklisted for making a statement in the gang chat about opening my own server. I want to sincerely apologize for this. It was an incredibly stupid immature joke i made in the heat of the moment with a friend named Iron mizo and i had absolutely no intention of creating a server or poaching players from grand rp and i completely understand why the administration took it seriously but however it has been two years since the incident, and i have matured a lot as a player, i deeply miss playing on the server and being part of community.
I am asking for a second chance to return to grand rp. I am fully willing to accept a complete data wipe on my main account (ID226775) and any linked twink accounts to clear this blacklist and start completely fresh from level 1 even though i had many assets in the account, i just want to get back to en1 and start fresh and I promise i will follow and abide by all server rules from this on. I did not cheat or do anything, it was just a silly joke made 2 years ago, thank you
