> As I have been Survey in All Organisations as HC in GRP and I was Ex: Admin in Mobile version of Grand RP ( RP grand ) so I have been knowledge of handling term very well and I have been updated all new rules also.
> I wanna help those who what to be successful in their RP life by Giving opportunity to join EMS , I will try my best to give my time spend with new employees
> I believe strong leadership is the backbone of any successful organization. I want to maintain a respectful and disciplined environment by implementing a fair promotion, warning, and reward system. By motivating staff and listening to their concerns, I will ensure long-term activity, teamwork, and professionalism within the hospital.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
> I would introduce regular RP training sessions for all staff members to improve medical knowledge communication.
> Recruitment dates and Interview dates and timings will be announced first before the recruitment drive starts which avoids people asking for recruitment in lobbies.
> Improvising the training structure where employee gets to know basic and general rules about HP charter before signing it
> My last promise is if be the Leader of Hospital I will ensure every role will provide services they are designated to.
