As you can see in this video, they entered from a restricted area because I couldn't reach them during the event. I contacted one of the supervisors, and he confirmed it was a restricted area. As you can see, when I entered the event, it took some time to get from where my family and I entered. This suggests they entered through a yellow zone. Therefore, I urge you to make a decision regarding this matter and please watch the video from beginning to end.

Would Like To Clear Our Side As Our Family Is Being Reported.

For ER 1.3 (It is forbidden to enter event area before the event starts) Statement I Cannot See Anyone Starting Inside The Zone.

For ER 1.18 (It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highground such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started) In Simple Words Means Areas Which Are Not Accessible From Either Inside Or Outside The Zone Is Illegal.
