at approximately 9:50am I went afk for 5 minutes because my house was flooding which Im totally willing to show video proof im not just making excuses. I was parked on the highway in game while I was afk for those 5 minutes. when I started moving water out of my office, I noticed my screen had a ban notice on it. I completely understand the protocols you guys have in place and there was zero way for the admin to know what was happening to me IRL. At the same time I feel the need to express still, that I would hope you guys could excuse me attending to an emergency. I get that I could have F1'd but to be perfectly honest that thought didn't cross my mind in the moment. I got up and ran from my setup to attend to the flooding matter. I'm still not even sure what I got banned for, but again I'm not trying to complain about an admin in any sense. Just the situation that was unknown to the admin. I do not have the video on my computer where I'm sending this from so if there's an email or discord or anywhere where i can upload from my phone please share where you'd like that proof sent id be happy to do so.
