hello respected administrators
i would like to submit an appeal regarding my ban
i was banned twice for mg mixing and gr 1 16 and additionally i received punishment for gr 1 16 multiple times as can be seen in the evidence provided
i am a sahp officer and at the time of the incident i was responding to an atm robbery call i was traveling through the town and not on the highway when several players attempted to rob me however the location was not a valid robbery area according to my understanding of the server rules because robberies are generally conducted in designated locations and on highways
because of the violations committed by the other players i submitted a report against them and my report was approved which confirmed that rule violations had occurred
regarding the mixing accusation i respectfully disagree with this punishment the evidence attached to my report contains moments where my voice may sound loud however this is due to the quality and sensitivity of my microphone even when i am positioned far away from it my voice can still be recorded clearly and loudly i was not intentionally using out of character information nor was i committing mixing during the roleplay situation
i would also like to mention that the opposing party submitted a powergaming report against me because i did not stop during the robbery attempt however i did not stop because i genuinely believed the robbery location was invalid and not a proper robbery zone the initial report against me was based on only fourteen seconds of footage and was rejected however shortly afterwards another report was submitted by the same player regarding the same incident and this time it was approved
i am confused as to why i have received repeated punishments for the same rule violation and why the same situation resulted in multiple penalties against my account i have currently received a seven day punishment along with three warnings and as a result i was removed from sahp
i sincerely wish to return to grand rp and continue playing on the server i would also like the opportunity to rejoin sahp and continue my role as a law enforcement officer
i respectfully ask that my case be reviewed once more including both my evidence and the evidence submitted by the opposing party there are also instances of turkish insults and offensive language directed at me within the video evidence associated with the case
