Hello,

I would like to request a review of my ban, as I am genuinely confused about the reason behind it.

I live in Iran, and for the last four months I had little to no access to the internet due to restrictions and internet blackouts.
Once I regained access, I updated the game, logged into the server, and discovered that my account had been banned.

The reason I am appealing is that I do not understand how my account could have been shared or accessed by someone else during that period when I personally did not have reliable internet access. Additionally, my account is protected with 2FA, which should make unauthorized access significantly more difficult.

I kindly ask the administration team to review the logs and the circumstances surrounding this ban. If there is any information, verification, or documentation needed from my side, I am more than happy to provide it.

I have always enjoyed playing on the server and would greatly appreciate a second review of my case.
