Rejected ban for rp escape

I would like to appeal my ban because I believe the punishment may be excessive.

I was at the market area when a group of players surrounded me and attacked me. After that, they revived me and told me to raise my hands. During the situation I used insulting language, which I understand was against the rules.

After reconnecting to the server, I had already received an in-game punishment for this incident. However, later that night I was also banned. Since I had already been punished for the same situation, I am confused about the reason for the additional ban.

I am not denying my behavior, but I respectfully ask for a review of the punishment and clarification regarding the ban.
