He Gave UB demands for 1 hostage. I even told his you cant ask for it the only demands you can ask for are Free passage or money. But still he said My demands are "The demand are simple, i give you the hostage and i dont want any of the units inside the circle until we win it" which are UB.

I can clearly see the Lack of RP knowledge to this fellows FIB officers , anything which contains the Healthy RP is not a rule break + Go ahead and confirm it to Curator of Project as well if you guys want ( Are you scared to post all POV because you did mass rule break after it lil bro + If its a UB Demand why you complied to us ? During any hostage situation including (robbery of 24/7, gunshop) gangs can ask only for money for a hostage (Only 1 demand per 1 hostage)
Civilian - up to 100k
Law enforcement officer - up to 200k
High command - up to 300k
Leaders - up to 400k
(e.g. if you have 2 hostages you can ask for free passage for 1st hostage and money for 2nd hostage)

For your kind info in ER 1.16 there is not written that demands should be asked where it cant sounds like unrealistic , The Demands which contains the Healthy RP is fine for any Situation for Hostage . ER 1.16 applies when i am demanding high amount of money to leos in the case the citizen doesnt worth for that , check the Video again , there is 1 hostage ( If it was ER 1.16 i would have asked 2 demands for 1 hostage right ? So If you want to confirm that this Type of demands are not possible to give go head and ask to Curator of the Project so it can be clear for all . Ask your victim ( Luis ) to share whole POV ! Why didnt he shared because he and his Fellow FIBs complied to a UB demand and even after then did Mass Rule break isnt that funny ?

Thats the only POV until the store ended. I didn't reported him for any further Rule breaks it was just UB demands. After this we give them 5 secs to leave the area they refused and as per the rule ones the hostage is safe we are allowed to shoot.
