I want to start off and provide examples of what I'm using today. Please see the youtube links below.

I was unaware that this redux was disallowed as I've posted videos in forums and was never told of this issue. If this is not allowed, I will go about abd remove it right away and I will not apply this or any other redux again. This was shared to me and I was under the impression that this was okay.

I am genuinely sorry about this and I ask the admins, who I respect, appreciate, and follow, to review my appeal and unban me. I have only been in city for a little over 3 months and this is the first redux I've ever used. I was unaware and I am very sorry for any rule break on this.

As I mentioned, I have gone about and removed this. I request that you unban me and allow me to continue my time in the city as I enjoy this as a getaway to hang and be with friends and family.

To stay ahead of this, I have gone about and verified integrity of my files and removed any and all redux. I have verified the game files and the links with proof are below.

I already fixed it and uploaded the video proof of me doing it. I'm asking for a chance to remove this 60 day ban given my past history and me unknowingly having something illegal. I genuinely did not know and I'm asking for a second chance so I don't wait 60 days for this honest mistake.

Again, I respect everything you do and the rules behind it, but please consider lifting the ban given an honest mistake. I can guarantee I will never do this again or even have any redux no matter what.

I love the experience that this city/server gives me, but my computer setup was ruining it for me. This is why I changed it. This was due to the fact that it was slow and I crashed most of the times on doing events. I honestly thought that this redux presented to me would help with that fps or crashing problem. I couldn't even think about it being illegal and did not know.
