Dear administrators,
A day before Yesterday, we went to FIB head quarter to get some info., one of their agents handed over us the thing which we want for our case, later they refuse to provide us the Document on mail, so we are not able to continue the RP without having that Document in mails.
Proofs:
1. My colleague asked to admins about this situation if its fail rp or not and admins clearly stated that it's a fail rp.
2. In this footage you can see clearly the fib employee hands me over the contract.
3.In this footage you can clearly see after 2:18 minute that he is Clearly denying us to give the E copy on our mails and I stated 3 times that your one already handed us over, but he was clearly denying resulting we can't continue the rp after that
