2. Why do you want to be the Leader of this special organization? (Give three reasons with explanation)
1.I have been Studying on knowledge for this thing from much time. this is my favourite gang forever. i have seen from much time the ballas gang term got unsucessfull but in my term it will most powerfull and succeslfull term.
2.The ballas gang is popular gang and much beginer try to join it when they reach in ic 5 age and but they dont have knowledge of rule so me and my highcommands will provide them knowledge for better roleplay.
3. the reason of becoming the leader of this specific gang or org because it is in ghetto so we can do a shooting we can do ghetto clapping, robbery or hostage situaton this the best thing which becomes the ghetto most amzing thing in the ghetto and for me to become a leader
3. Your tips for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Provide the beginner knowledge of rp and rules which are newbie in the gang or in the org so they can roleplay properly.
2. Make the gang active and powerfull and the nightmare of the leos.
3. i will hire in decent ammount of highcommand and with proper interview bcause in many gang people hire then without asking and the ranking system can get crash.
4. i will make my gang members equal respect.
5. i would also to make some aliance with gangs to fight with leos easily and make my gang active in robberies and situation but without any hurting the roleplay.
