Rejected Warned for UB demands - appeal

I wasnt giving ub demands i was simply chasing the officer who decided to car ram me prior to the bodycam footage he shown. Telling someone to pull over isnt demanding it its just asking someone to pull over. Furthermore i was in a vehicle driving behind him thats not ub demands when i cant actually force him to exit.
