Hello,
I would like to request a review of my mute. I was asleep in-game for approximately 5 hours and was not using voice chat or text chat during that time. When I returned, I found that I had received a mute even though I had not spoken to anyone or behaved in a disrespectful manner.
I would appreciate it if you could review the punishment and provide the reason or any evidence related to it, as I believe this may have been a mistake.
