Hello dear admins,

When i started my pov I was on highway when ID : 146321 start giving me pull overs and keep stopping me with single gang car after that i stopped,
then his other member comes with there personal car and ID: 146298 was not wearing his gang clothes after that ID : 146321 start doing pickpocket with Rifle in his hands and he didnt verbalize while doing pickpocket and I was complying with them still ID: 146298 killed me without giving 5 secs to run or something ALL IN POV.

Rules they Broked are Below

ID:146321 did GR 6.16 and giving ub demands + Fail RP he didnt verbalize while doing pickpocket + He was holding a gun in his hand while pickpocket Which is PG

ID:146298 did GH 1.7 because not wearing gang clothes + GH 1.12 he killed me after complying with them

I am ID 146298. I want to clarify the situation from our perspective:

1. About Clothes: I was absolutely wearing my official Vagos Gang clothes (Yellow). I was fully representing my gang during the roleplay. You can clearly check my outfit in his POV.
2. About the Kill (IC Reason): The player claims he fully complied, but he completely violated Fear RP. While being held at gunpoint by gang members on a highway, he was talking very casually and disrespectfully, saying things like "Oh okkey, you are robbing" without showing any fear for his life. Because of his toxic and disrespectful IC attitude toward us, we had a valid IC reason to shoot him.

Dear Administrator,

Regarding the complaint filed against me (ID: 146321), I would like to clarify the situation with facts:

About the 2-Vehicle Rule: We did not initiate a robbery with a single car. We were actively chasing the victim with 2 separate vehicles from the very beginning. However, due to highway speeds and driving conditions, our second vehicle fell slightly behind for a few seconds and arrived at the scene right after the stop. The operation was completely coordinated with enough members and cars according to the server rules.

About the Pickpocket Animation: Having a rifle in my hand during the search animation was completely accidental (misclick/muscle memory). It was not intended as Fail RP. The victim was already complying, and this minor animation glitch did not disrupt or change the flow of the roleplay.

About the Shooting (RDM): As clearly seen in the victim's POV, I am the person who was doing the robbery roleplay, and I did NOT shoot or kill the victim. The other player (ID: 146298) made the decision to shoot him on his own. I had no control over his actions, and according to Grand RP rules, every player is strictly responsible for their own individual actions and rule breaches.

Not Off topic - Go to GRP Mails and read Ghetto Ruels 1.12 and Ghetto Rule 1.7 and i dont wanna argue with you let the admins decide and its better to stop fighting on forum if you guys keep continue fighting here you may get forum punishment

I am not fighting or arguing with you, I am simply defending my own ID (146321) against your false accusations.

You keep mentioning Ghetto Rules 1.7 and 1.12, but you are failing to realize that I was wearing my gang clothes and using a gang vehicle. If my friend broke those rules, he will get his punishment. As I stated before, every player is responsible for their own actions. You cannot blame me for another player's rule breaches just because we are in the same gang.

This will be my last response. Let the administrators decide.
