I killed ID 30034 during the Money Machine event. However, he broke the New Life Rule (NLR) by returning to the scene just 4-5 minutes after his death. Upon his return, he did not provide any demands or engaging roleplay. I didn't even pull a gun, but he immediately shot and killed me and then went on to kill my entire family members using a Heavy Sniper. This is a clear violation of GR 6.7 and Mass RDM. Please review the footage and issue the necessary punishment.
