Request for Reinstatement of Capture, Leadership and Administration Permissions on DE01
Dear Lebron,
I am submitting this complaint regarding my situation on DE01 (Character: Sleepy Afraid, ID: 194044), as I would like to regain my permission to participate in turfs on DE01 and, in the future, have the opportunity to apply for leadership and administrative positions again.
To properly explain the situation, I first need to clarify what happened on DE04 (Character: Sleepy Fennec, ID: 87313), as that is where the original punishment originated.
Before that incident, I had actively participated in turfs on DE04 for approximately 2–4 months. During that period, I was PC checked multiple times, and every single PC check was negative. In addition, I was also PC checked multiple times on DE01, where I likewise never received a positive PC check result or any punishment related to cheating because I have never cheated.
On June 18, 2025, between approximately 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, I was requested to participate in another PC check on DE04. Unfortunately, due to important real-life obligations and preparation for an important exam the following day, I was unable to participate at that time. The reason for this was explained during the situation and is also documented in the evidence I previously provided.
During the PC check conversation, I was explicitly told that if I refused the PC check, I would receive a 60-day ban and would not face any other problems. While I was disappointed, I accepted that consequence because I believed I would be able to return after those 60 days.
However, some time later, I discovered that the punishment had apparently been escalated to a permanent ban under "Cheating / A.R. 4.1."
This is what I do not understand.
A.R. 4.1 refers to the use of software that provides an unfair advantage, such as cheats, hacks, no-sky modifications, or similar tools. At no point was such software ever found on my computer. Multiple PC checks before this incident were conducted on both DE04 and DE01, and all of them were negative.
I completely distance myself from cheats, hacks, or any other unauthorized software. No evidence of cheating has ever been presented against me, and no PC check has ever resulted in a positive finding.
Despite this, my PC check refusal was ultimately treated as a cheating offense, resulting in a permanent cheating ban. When I submitted an unban request, it was denied with the explanation that a PC check refusal automatically becomes a cheating ban. I respectfully question this interpretation because no actual cheating violation was ever established.

In that appeal, I explained that the punishment originated from my inability to attend the PC check due to real-life obligations, and I also communicated this to Noah Tequila during the PC check situation. I pointed out that all previous PC checks on both DE01 and DE04 had been negative and that no evidence of cheating had ever been found. This request was denied.
DE01 has always been my main server. I spent approximately two years and five months actively playing on DE01, primarily participating in turfs and captures, which was one of the main reasons I enjoyed GrandRP and remained active for such a long period of time.
After the DE04 incident, I was informed that I was no longer allowed to participate in turfs on DE01 because of the cheating punishment connected to DE04. As a result, I lost access to one of the aspects of GrandRP that I enjoyed the most.
I would like to emphasize once again that throughout my entire time on DE01, I was PC checked multiple times and never failed a single check. No cheating software was ever found, and I never received a cheating-related punishment on DE01 based on actual evidence.
I am fully willing to undergo any PC check or verification procedure required. I have nothing to hide and never have.

In that request, I explained that DE01 has always been my primary server and that I wanted the opportunity to participate in turfs again. I also stated that I have never cheated, that I successfully passed multiple PC checks, and that my restriction on DE01 only resulted from the punishment issued on DE04. This request was denied.
My goal is to regain my permission to participate in turfs on DE01 and, in the future, to once again have the possibility of obtaining leadership and administrative permissions if I meet all requirements.
I understand that refusing a PC check can lead to punishment. However, I believe there is a significant difference between refusing a PC check due to real-life circumstances and being permanently classified as a cheater despite multiple negative PC checks and the complete absence of any evidence that cheating ever occurred.
I respectfully ask that my history of negative PC checks, the lack of any proven cheating violation, and the circumstances surrounding the original DE04 punishment be taken into consideration.
I kindly request a fair review of the facts and a reconsideration of the restrictions currently affecting my DE01 account.
