Helle Dear Senior Administration and Curator of the Administration,
I am writing to formally request an urgent senior review of my case. I have already submitted four forum appeals, all of which were rejected without proper investigation. To make matters worse, my initial 60-day ban has now been unjustly turned into a Permanent Ban for the exact same reason: 'Refusing PC Check,' which was caused by admin Frost_Vukovic's mistake.
The administrator who originally banned me, Frost_Vukovic, made a massive error and is at fault for improperly applying the suspension. They are now asking for a video proof or PV of a PC check that never took place, which is impossible for me to provide. Furthermore, the issuing administrator has been entirely unresponsive and has failed to reply to me in-game, on Discord, or on the forum threads.
I strictly maintain that no PC check procedure was ever initiated with me in the first place. I have been a dedicated player on this server for an entire year, and to face such a severe and unjust ban after all this time is heartbreaking. This lack of response is incredibly frustrating, leaving me unable to enjoy the server fairly while waiting for a resolution that never comes.
I respectfully ask that a Senior Administrator look into the logs themselves instead of
would like to clarify an important fact regarding this case. The administrator who requested my punishment, Frost_Vukovic, never contacted me regarding any PC Check. I received no instructions in-game, no Discord message, and no forum communication from him at any point. I also attempted to contact him, but I never received any response.
Despite this, I am now being asked to provide video evidence of a PC Check. This request is unreasonable because no PC Check ever took place. There was no teleportation, no Discord call, no screen-sharing request, and no investigation of my computer. Therefore, there is simply no video or evidence that I can provide of an event that never happened.
I firmly maintain that the PC Check procedure was never initiated or conducted. If the administration claims that I refused a PC Check, I respectfully request that they provide the evidence showing when, where, and how I was contacted and given the opportunity to undergo such a check. Since no PC Check occurred, I believe the punishment was issued without following the proper procedure and should be reviewed by senior administration.
