The incident started when the officers stopped me. One of the officers asked me why I was stopping, even though they were the ones who pulled me over and when i said you pulled me they lied.
After I continued driving, the officers followed me for some time and then pulled me over again. They requested my passport. While attempting to show my passport, I accidentally showed my employee ID instead. Immediately after this mistake, I was handcuffed.
The officers claimed that I had been driving recklessly. However, my POV shows that I was not driving recklessly before the stop. they continued to treat the situation as if I had committed a traffic offense.
They later contacted my HC and informed him that I had been driving recklessly And showing my id while off duty but i told them that it was a mistake but they didnt listen which resulted in me receiving a warning. I believe the officers provided false information regarding the situation.

- Rule 5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.
- Fail RP / Improper detention based on the evidence provided.
