Today we were hosting an IC event as shown in the POV so while doing the state wave about the event one guy came with a car I'D 34480 as he was wearing an illegal armor he came and wrote "I am here Rudra on Prime chat" on timestamp 1:48 we tried to tase him so he started running but when we caught him he starting blaming me and took my name while I didn't showed him my I'D at timestamps 2:51

First of all, this is not metagaming. Secondly, hours before the incident, you and the combined forces of the FIB, SAHP, and NG detained me and my brother, Xeno, inside the NG base. At that moment, you showed your ID to my friends. Since I had already met you previously through 'G' (Game) interaction, your name was already visible to me. I can come to you and send you a photo directly if you wish. Thirdly, this entire situation is a result of your own errors. I assume you've also forgotten that you committed NLR just one day ago. You are not the person to teach me the rules, Rudra.


Regarding the 'name-tagging' issue, any competent admin will understand the circumstances. Here are the reasons why your name was known to me:

1. We worked together in the NG, and I have formally met you in-character.

2. When you took my brother, Xeno, into custody this morning, you showed your ID, and he shared that information with me. Furthermore, since I already knew everyone present during that interaction and given the known tension between us they explicitly informed me in-character that they had apprehended Lt. General Rudra and were focused on me. This was all conducted within the bounds of roleplay rules.

3. We have previously interacted and established a formal acquaintance using the 'G' key interface

4. We have processed license, PDA, passport, and ID checks together at the NG base.

5. Additionally, I can see the names of many players currently; this is a common experience for everyone on the server and is not unique to me.

I do not believe this constitutes a violation, but I leave the final decision to you, Admin. As I stated, there is no Metagaming here. For clarity, Metagaming is defined as the act of using information obtained from outside of the game world (Out-of-Character) to influence or gain an advantage within the game world (In-Character). Since my knowledge of your identity was obtained entirely through In-Character interactions, there is no violation.

Furthermore, names are currently visible to me for many other individuals in the server, and I am certain that everyone else experiences this as well. This is a common occurrence and a standard mechanic within the game, not a restricted feature.

Also, I would like to clarify that the names of many players are currently visible to me due to a technical glitch. I frequently encounter people I know or have interacted with in the past, and because their names appear above their heads even after I restart the game I naturally address them by their names. This is a persistent issue that others on the server also experience...

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to clarify this unfortunate situation. I have been a dedicated player on the EN3 server for a long time, and I have always strived to uphold the server rules and maintain high roleplay standards.
I would like to sincerely explain that at the time of the incident, I was experiencing a persistent technical bug where the names of players I had previously interacted with were appearing next to their IDs on my screen. This is a technical error I have never encountered before, and it is entirely outside of my control. When I was detained by Rudra, his name was clearly visible in front of me due to this glitch. Under the stress of being arrested while I was on the verge of winning an event, I instinctively addressed him by his name. Please understand that this was not a malicious attempt to Meta-Game or gain an unfair advantage; it was merely a reflex driven by the confusion caused by this persistent UI glitch.
I have consulted with in-game administrators regarding this issue, and they mentioned that while such situations can be sensitive, they are evaluated based on context. This is the first and only time such an incident has occurred in my entire journey on this server; it is certainly not a recurring behavior or a habit. Furthermore, I believe the forum complaint filed against me is incorrectly categorized as "Meta-Gaming," as there was no intent to use outside information to gain an edge.
I hope that this minor error, made in the heat of the moment under immense pressure, does not overshadow the effort and discipline I have put into this community. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding. I leave the final decision to your discretion and thank you for your time.

Dear Admin Team,

I would like to add a few points for your consideration. If you check my forum history, you will see that I have only received 2 warnings, 1 mixing, and 1 demorgan penalty throughout my entire time here. Even when I was a new player, I consistently followed all server rules. While I acknowledge that I am human and can unintentionally make mistakes, as anyone else can, I have always strived to maintain high standards.

I currently have an active application for the Bloods leadership position. This is the first time in my entire career that I have faced such a disciplinary request, and it is something I have never encountered or heard of before. As soon as I realized this issue, I immediately prepared and submitted my personnel biography. Furthermore, I am currently in the process of drafting a technical inquiry forum post to have the issue of persistent name-tags investigated, as I want to ensure it is addressed properly.

I sincerely apologize for the situation, but I am deeply concerned that this could jeopardize my chances of becoming a Bloods leader—a role for which I have significant support from across the city. I leave the final decision to your sense of justice, but I humbly request that you review all aspects of my defense.

Lastly, I would like to point out that the individual who filed the complaint against me" despite being an LT General" responded to my defense with a laughing emoji. I believe this says a lot about the nature of the complaint. I ask you, with the utmost sincerity, to examine all the evidence and context provided.
