I am writing to formally request clarification regarding the repeated rejection of my faction leadership applications, specifically concerning the "lack of trust" cited as the reason for my disqualification.
Throughout my tenure on the EN3 server, I have consistently demonstrated a high level of dedication and activity. Despite receiving significant community support—often garnering the highest number of likes and views among all candidates—my applications have been rejected. In the instance of my first The Families application, I was told my disciplinary record was "dirty"; however, as I have maintained a clean record, I contested this in a follow-up, only to be rejected again citing a "lack of trust."
My professional history within the server is extensive:
I am requesting a formal opportunity to participate in an interview to prove my capability and address any lingering concerns regarding my reputation. I believe I deserve the chance to demonstrate that I am both reliable and ready to take on the responsibilities of a faction leader.

I have curated a robust team of high-level turf players and over 20 potential deputies, including individuals who have successfully achieved 100% turf control on other servers.
- Commitment: My engagement is constant; I maintain high activity levels and organizational focus, which I believe makes me a formidable candidate for any leadership role.
