It's not normal that this player didn't die after taking over 200 damage. I think he's cheating. I'd like to see his POV. Even though I didn't kill him, I managed to get his ID because he peeked at my teammate and managed to kill him while I was repeatedly shooting him.

++ this guy has 5-6 cheats forums before also he avoids them by not sending povs absolute cheats
