I watched the recording; in my opinion, it was a clean kill—he just sprayed you down. The guy in the POV died while moving toward the wall, right in the middle of eating.

In the POV, the player is constantly being sprayed at with an assault rifle; the person in the POV gets killed while running toward a wall and eating. Personally, I don't think this situation warrants a POV submission.
