As can be seen in my POV, after eliminating player ID 175972, the player began speaking and insulting me while being in a downed/dead state. This behavior violates roleplay standards, as a player should not continue interacting or insulting others after being eliminated. This is the vioaliton of Fail RP and GR 3.1 rules.
I initially thought my recording was not active and tried to start it immediately; however, due to using the F10 key, the audio is partially unclear. Despite this, the player can clearly be heard making offensive insults, including towards my family, which constitutes a violation of GR 3.2.
Following this, we patched the player and attempted to rob them. During the robbery situation, the player attempted to flee instead of complying, which is a clear FearRP violation.
Overall, the player has violated GR 3.1, GR 3.2, FailRP, and FearRP rules. I respectfully request that the administration team review the provided evidence and issue the appropriate punishment
