Hello . I received a punishment today Due to a misunderstanding and And because I am unable to provide POV The reason I couldn't record the incident is that I wasn't able to do so because of problems with the recording software; it was recording and then stopped, and I realized that too late I totally understand that This is my problem and my fault . Let me explain the situation I was conducting a regular Patrol I got shot by a suspect so I killed the suspect And I realize there was a second car in the area So I gived him demands to leave the area for my safety You would ask me. Why did you give him demands when he was shot to I didn't realize that at the situation And due to a bug. I didn't hear him talking And I didn't hear him thanking me so But he didn't comply with me So I shot him And add the same time. He didn't hear me because of a bug so he didn't comply After that, I can continue the rest procedures And then I realized in the middle of the procedures that my recording had a problem. So I decided to let him go doing to my unability to have proof of the crime he committed And at the same time two bugs happen the car blowed up for no reason and then when I try to repair it it didn't repair And at the same time of the explosion the suspect died when I tried to patch him up and continue with my arrest for some reason he could run and get in a car even when he was cuffed And then after that I try to reason with him to get out of the car, so I could confiscate his weapon and let him go du to the Circumstances beyond my control About the power gaming punishment I'm not 100% sure Why did I get punished I would assume it was Because it was appearing to him that I was running While the suspect is in my hand due to a bug Unfortunately the situation is really hard to believe and really hard to prove Doing to me not having POV When I started writing the complaint The guy that made it a complain against me Provided POV, but he made it private In the end I thank you for reading my complaint
