This person is evading a form ban.

Here is his account. He uploaded a video on YouTube in EN3, and he also uploaded another video in EN2 in the same Forum account, he is showing his ID in EN2 as you can see in the video.

When you search for his account in EN2, you can see that it is banned ( blacklisted) from the Forum account.

Here is the evidence:

1.here you can see, that posted videos of him in EN3 and EN2+ his second YouTube channel with the name BAROO , there you can still see the name Jamil Yama which is the ID 680 in EN2

2. here when he got banned (backlisted) on forums in EN2:
