Rejected Player Complaint – DM & Solar Panel Theft

I had planted my solar panels. While I was standing beside it, the suspect (ID 81335) suddenly came from nowhere and started shooting at me without any RP reason. He killed me, finished me, and then stole my planted solar panel. This is clear DM and theft. The video shows everything please punish.
