Rejected Appeal admin jail sentence

I did not break the rule the Arpit Negi said I did. It is impossible to do so. The rule I allegedly broke was GZ 1.1 which means I either killed or hurt someone in a green zone but this is impossible. The game literally won't let you. The rules of the complaint also say I need to submit proof. How do I submit proof I wasn't breaking a rule? That is so absent of intelligence that I lost a brain cell even trying to understand that. Either way, I need to be let out of jail.
