Cropping Pov and hiding rule break is considered as deceiving admin.

HE mad got kild and insult me on rp chat
Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited Where he broke GEN 3.1 and to hide his this rule break he cropped his pov and showed only half situation to you on thread which is considered as deceiving admin . I want this guy to be punished.
And to make it more clear I asked an admin icly as well
