I was going to tow it, then he De-spawned the vehicle mid RP.
If he got in and stole it it would be RP wise but this is technically just evading rp.

I dont know who was that other car that came in and left in order to save the 1st car visible in the clip.

I'm trusting the authorities to find out what i couldnt.

for this kind of situation leos have engine blocker , you can use it to catch the criminal
