Life Story:
Dev was born on Nov 19, 1993, in a small poor family in the ghetto. Since his childhood, their family had a very bad financial status. His parents loved only loved 1 thing that was Dev. His parents wanted to grow him into a successful man with a good job so Dev doesn’t need to go through what his parents went through. Soon Dev’s father was fired from his job because his job got replaced with machinery. They had no other source of income. Then for Dev’s education, his father borrowed from the gangs. Since Dev’s father was in contact with the gang, he had no other option but to join Gang to help Dev with his further education. The gang members were cool with Dev and so was Dev with them as they helped him. One day they got raided by many different police departments. They took people in custody even though many were innocent. They came like a storm and even shot many people. Dev’s family was hiding in their small house while his father was defending them. The police shot his father and came inside his house. His Mom was covering Dev so nothing hurts him. They shot his mother in hurry and took away all the illegal things. The last words he heard from his mom were, “Take revenge” and she passed away. Dev was traumatized after this. This all happened when Dev was just 9 years old.
Dev then grew up with the Leader of that Gang who adopted him. In Dev’s eye, the gangs were not bad people, but instead a family. He learned lots of things being in Gang as he was street clever as well. He learned how to drive many different types of cars, sports cars, offroad, water, air and so on.
Career Story:
Soon Dev finished his college and got a PhD in Chemistry and Computer Science. He decided to continue the league with his Step-Dad and stayed in the gang. He was there until another Gang raid happened. This time they were prepared but still a lot of people died. Dev joined SAHP and gained High Command working with SAHP for almost 15 years. This was the time now. He talked to his Stepdad and promised he will provide every intel from legal Org and no longer let anyone harm them.
Outcomes:
1) Due to Dev’s bad financial habits, he can accept bribes up to $20,000.
2) Due to Dev’s bad financial habits and taking revenge, he can go rob citizens and Leo’s with his Family and later sell this stolen item in Black Market. (Exception SAHP stolen Items from armoury)
3) Due to Dev’s bad financial habits, he buys and sells things on Black Market. (Exception SAHP stolen Items from armoury)
4) Due to Dev having knowledge in Chemistry, he can interrogate/torture for information by using truth serum (using /try command)
5) Dev can destroy bodycams if found (using /try command)
6) To gather intel for his family, using his knowledge in Computer Science, Dev records everything with a small figurine on his shoulder and his glasses which are hidden. They record and upload to his personal server.

9) To keep Dev’s cover as corrupt, he can smash/break org and personal body cams if he finds them on a person (must use try cmd)
10) Due to Dev being abusive, he can steal from the org armoury and use it for his own purpose (such as robbing) and not give to others. (No selling)
