So basically he was doing reckless driving and i gave him too much demands to pull over and i couldn't block his engine because i already blocked it once and when i was trying to leave him and go away but he keep following me and doing reckless driving on that time one of our high command of LSPD helped me stop him him and when i killed him cuffed him and patched him i was trying to take him DOJ and told him all his rights which he didnt even answered and when i took him to DOJ he just died and he was alive again and just disappeared like an Admin
