asked him for his id.
He was alone and he came to beach alone so meaning he did patrolling in ghetto alone.
Also at 0:40 you can see he is going back to ghetto to patrol.

Not off topic he was not patroling at ghetto he was leaving did you see him giving fine in ghetto ? and like everytime and you first forum

He is not patrolling inside the ghetto, and LEOs can join the ghetto if they are responding to a 911 call or if they are following someone. Therefore, there is no S.R. 5.5.
