i understand why I was banned and I apologize for using the name "Demokratik KongoNoCap" I had no intention of offending anyone or violating any rules by using a nationality in my name This was a bad decision on my part

I will change my name immediately and ensure this never happens again I would greatly appreciate it if you could give me another chance and reactivate my account.
