Dear admins, here im reporting mass rule break from FIB and their command staff, its gnna be a long one, so sit tight,
so it started as i detained ID 45310 for failure to identify and did dep and all procedures to get him to DOC, as u can see FIB high command, Olivia Spectre ID 17354 took my 10-15 to DOC as she was refusing me to transport my 10-15 to DOC here at (TS 7:18 Onwards) then i went to DOC alone and waited for them to arrive. after that, when we were going to doc lawyers room to review my bodycam, i asked that my 10-15 is cuffed or no, and ID 17354 said, "i removed his cuffs, hes good" (TS 19:36 to 19:55) which is GR6.4, corruption without a bio, removing my cuffs of that 10-15. then i was fed up of the unprofessional behavior of them that i said ill just continue with an arrest warrant and they started laughing then I asked ID 45310 to show passport so i coulkd continue this ICly but he refused (TS 21:14), which is again GR 6.4, then right after that he tackled me, PG, then my 10-15 whose cuffs were removed illegally by ID 17354 Without my permission, ran away outside, i followed him, he got to an FIB car while HE WAS OFF DUTY, which is SR 5.11 LSPD / FIB / SAHP / NG / GOV / EMS employees cannot use official vehicles for personal use. | Verbal warning. then i ran to him and asked him to stop, but he step out of the car and killed me inside DOC as an FIB Agent which is again GR 6.4 AND GZ 1.1. (TS 20:44)
Note: i wanted to handle this ICly but i couldnt because he killed me at the end and my bodycam broke so was invalid thats why i had to come here and report here.
