Hello higher-ups i am here to talk about the decison first this was the decision

Government will receive a warning for GR 6.10.
As far as LR 1.7 is concerned, it has already been approved by Senior State and will be dealt with accordingly.
The reasons for rejecting the IRB were already communicated and are valid. The submitted IRB was incomplete, and you could have simply corrected the document and resubmitted the motion for further review.
However,
ID 132328, this serves as a verbal warning. Any future attempts to mislead the administration by withholding context or presenting selective/incomplete evidence may result in severe punishment.)
Lets talk about 1st point Gov received a warn because governor himself abuse his employee and did gr3.2 For that Ban for 1-7 days But why gov only received a warn ? He is a leader he should be more careful what he is speaking. I hope this decision should be reconsider
Now lets talk to second concern
Maybe Ishaan wants to say that I understand the Governor made a lack of trust appeal to remove me from the organization, but I’m certain it happened after I made that forum post. I was already fired on the 11th, so maybe after that they added it to cover themselves. Is that right? I think they should first make an LR1.7 request, and only after it’s approved by the senior state should the player be fired. Another Wrong decision
Lets talk About Irb
I uploaded an IRB, and since I was a judge, I knew exactly how to prepare it. I provided all valid proofs, and everything in it was correct. However, there’s confusion because the Governor rejected the IRB, claiming they don’t have my hiring logs or contract signing records. I did that in front of HR, so if records are missing, it’s their issue, not mine. He said that since I was not their employee, my proofs were invalid, and therefore he was rejecting the IRB. But Ishaan told smthing different that my submitted of IRB was invalid How ? Another Gr 6.4 + Faill rp
Lets talk about Last part
I mentioned that I’m unable to upload the IRB response, so it will be delivered to the admin’s DMs. So how i am Providing incomplete evidence ?
I wrote “there” twice in the first and last lines. This forum is only for senior state, and even Ishaan initially wrote that it was locked for senior state. But I don’t know what happened last night—he edited the message and gave his verdict. Is that professionalism?
Before posting on the forum, I reached out to the Gov curators via DMs, where Trent initially told me that if the proofs were invalid, he would consider it as targeting. I don’t understand how one forum can target an entire organization unless he himself made the mistake. Proofs (Here)
My request to Higher-ups
- If a citizen commits Gr6.10, they receive a ban, but the same does not apply to the governor.
- Initially, LR1.7 was cited, with claims of resignation, but when proof could not be provided, the reason was changed to the absence of hiring logs.
- After the forum, I was accused of lack of trust, but I had already been dismissed beforehand, which falls under LR1.7.
- My IRB was valid, yet it was rejected by the governor on an invalid basis, citing GR6.4.
