As a gang member, I participated in the FZ operation, was shot, and was taken into custody; however, this police officer did not explain to me what he was going to say while taking me into custody, what he was going to say while handcuffing me, or the charges he was required to inform me of while putting me in the vehicle. This person has committed three fail rp I am filing a complaint against him.
