My EN 3 account was compromised/hacked, and during the time I lost access to it, it received a permanent ban. I am not responsible for the actions taken on the account while it was out of my control.

Unfortunately, I cannot remember my in-game character name, but I can provide my login details, registered email address, or Social Club account information to help you locate my account in the logs.

I kindly request your assistance in reviewing the login logs to verify the unauthorized access and help me unban my account.
