He tased me with a Taser for no reason while I was driving my car. If they had a valid reason, they could have explained it.

Also, the second officer asked for my passport without any reason. If they actually had a valid reason, they would have stopped me first.

If I had broken any rules, they would have arrested me. Instead, they tased me and asked for my passport without any valid reason, even though I had not fired any shots or done anything wrong.
