Banning during an active RP situation:

Between the 01:25 and 01:40 marks, the players around you stated, "I'm searching you," and instructed you to drop the ammunition ("Drop revolver ammo")

While you were opening your inventory to comply with their orders and drop the ammunition, the admin suddenly banned you at the 01:41 mark.

This action constitutes interference with an active RP situation, as it occurred without waiting for the interaction between the players to conclude.

Imposition of an unjustified penalty based on the stated reasons for the ban.
Stated reason for the ban: GR 3.2 + GR 3.1 (General Rules regarding insulting/offending family members or using profanity/verbal abuse in voice or text chat).

What actually happened in the video: You did not use any insults or profanity; instead, it was the other players (the one in the red shirt and others) who were swearing and using terms like "Shut the f up," "Bitch," and "Motherf***er."

The admin made a mistake in identifying the offender (Wrong ID / Incorrect Ban) or banned you instead of the person who was actually swearing into the microphone.
