Title: Request to Review My Blacklist Ban

Hello Admins,

I am writing to respectfully ask if my blacklist ban can be reviewed.

I was originally given a 30-day ban for using a macro. I accepted the punishment and waited for the 30 days to pass. However, when I came back expecting the ban to be over, I found that my account had been changed to a permanent blacklist ban (9999 days).

I understand that using a macro was against the rules, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I sincerely apologize for making that mistake. Since then, I have learned my lesson and have no intention of using macros, cheats, scripts, or any other unfair tools again.

I truly enjoy playing on this server and would be grateful for one more chance. If my blacklist ban can be removed or reduced, I promise to follow all server rules and play fairly from now on.
