Rejected I can't get prime account

I downloaded the game with a publisher's link and signed up. While doing the 4 tasks given when I started the game, my hand accidentally pressed the q key in the car license task. My tasks have been canceled and I can't "prime account". pls help

Hello. You need go back hotel and talk with reception girl. Select "I want resume storyline quest" and your quest will back. When finish quests you will get 10 prime day and 4 grandcoin.
