2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 The time I spent in LSPD taught me that it is one of the best organizations out there, which is underrated a lot. I feel like it's my time to step up and apply for the leadership to unleash the true potential of LSPD. As I have worked under so many good leaders in different organizations, it gives me an opportunity to evaluate their decisions and actions, whether it is true or not. With this information, I can develop myself as a better leader. As I was the chief of staff of LSPD last term and I was pretty active throughout the term, I feel like I can fit perfectly into the position of the next chief of police.
2.2 Another reason I want to become the chief is I want to work as a law enforcement officer to make sure justice is served. To be able to clear the city from criminals, my organization will be offering maximum protection and safety to the civilians with our patrolling units and special forces called SWAT. It comes to my mind that the number of officers is not enough to protect the whole city. So, as a chief of police, I will be recruiting qualified officers who can pass our special training.
2.3 Lastly, I want to be the leader of not only for LSPD, I want to change to the subject of being the leader. The majority of people define leadership in the wrong way. Leadership is not about ranks or the position itself. Leadership is the accumulation of many things. It is earned by your actions and decisions.So, I would like to change the LSPD working style, meaning that I want to create a family environment. My goal is to maintain mutual trust and make my employees love their jobs instead of just liking them. That gives LSPD a chance to become an elite organization which is not only about paychecks or getting a step closer to other organizations.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in an organization.
3.1 I would like to add public relations to the IA department duties. Interacting with the public regularly makes the organization transparent and trusted. Citizens will be updated about the duties and working style of police officers. I will be publishing press releases and doing press conferences to meet citizens to listen to them. This will create multiple interactions and help to add new rp situations to the organization.
3.2 It comes to mind that, after the first week of the recent update that came to the server, nobody used the new assets that were given to LSPD. I will try to increase the use of radars in reasonable places like crowded areas, known buildings and secure facilities to create a safe environment for civilians. Also, thanks to the grand rp dev team, LSPD can search for criminals who are wanted by the state with a limit. The SWAT team will stay in touch with FIB’s special team to catch criminals with some advanced rp scenarios to ensure that both sides are experiencing new and dynamic situations.
3.3 Lastly, I would like to use our headquarters more to increase the level of rp with the cells and interrogation rooms to get intel from serious offenders to create a case file for those criminal actions. In addition, patrolling around the city and towing are the prior job of every police officer. Towing has been doing fine since last term, since we raised awareness towards it. About patrolling, it is lacking some rp scenarios because they are not used to. So, I want to make sure that we have atleast 2 patrol units in every area inside the city. While the officers are patrolling, they will not ignore any situation. Our priority will be building up new scenerios to create a social environment.
