1. Leader of... LSPD
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I have been an LEO for a very long now and have decided after being in High Command in nearly every organization,
it is time for me to take a new step and become the leader of an LEO organization. -
- I have been a deputy in gangs and have also become a leader of gangs, unfortunately, some things occurred, and after
25 ish days of nearly winning every event it came to an end so I know the mistakes I made and I know what to and what
not to do when becoming a leader again. I have been on both sides, LEO and Gangs for a good time so I am familiar with
the rules. -
- Although I haven't spent a lot of time in LSPD, I did enjoy it. I spent most of my time in SAHP where I became chief
and have led many events knowing I would succeed with my past experiences there is a good few changes I would like to make
if I became leader of LSPD like "Commander of IA" and much more!. -
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- I have spent enough time in the city as both an LEO member and a Gang member to realize how much organizations struggle
with "towing". One change I would make in LSPD is making "Towing" a requirement for everyone, do little tasks a week like
"Person with most tows wins 100k" to make people have something to work for and also helps make the roads cleaner. -
- From my time as an LEO member, organizations don't interact with each other as much as intended unless it is a "department" or meeting
with a leader or deputy. I would try to help every organization as much as possible while also ensuring LSPD runs smoothly. For example -
I would help government do "Encashments" and since we are the nearest LEO organization to the ghetto, I would try to help NG when I can by
informing them of possible FZ raids. -
- I would introduce a Public Relations department to come up with events and do them so we can get the public involved and these events
would have members of LSPD and would be run appropriately so the public can see our professionalism. -
- The new rank I mentioned a bit above "Commander of IA" will look over the "IA specialists" to ensure they do their job correctly. This position
will be given to a highly trusted member and cannot be "Corrupt" either as this rank needs to make sure all "IA specialists" do their job, make sure they
are not corrupt and make sure they give the right amount of strikes to all people including friends. -
- The "Chief of Staff" rank would make sure all departments run properly and would also be filled with a high trust member as this rank requires all departments
to run functionally, especially our PR department as we want the public to get involved with LSPD. The Chief of staff will also make sure all High Command do
their jobs, are not corrupt, and hand out fair punishments or HC strikes will be given. -
