We were doing a chase for highway robbery and we all were speaking to each other. If using IC information for IC situation is metagaming I am ready to accept the punishment.

You must use either local chat or radio during an RP situation, I am lenient when it comes to metagaming; I don't punish for simply talking to friends but I punish as you're talking with your friend during an RP situation about it, affecting other's gameplay because of that.

Metagaming (MG) - Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character. e.g Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location [..] Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.

Interviews and training sessions can be done both ICly or through the discord channels of the organization as you are doing it in private and not affecting anyone's gameplay by using a third-party source such as Discord.
