As a small mention - may i know why this player is not receiving DMG? Yeah, i missed few shots, but i definitely hit some. Looks kinda weird to me. I understand there is an armour system, etc, but he is LEGIT full hp.
You can check his HP at 1:26, after i shot him few times. It looks like a GOD MODE Cheat to me.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
- You couldnt manage to give proper demands due to distance and microphone.
- While you started shooting he was running away so when he found a way he defended himself since you are in ghetto alone. Fear RP is not an issue here.
- Status
